Ok, I made an account linked to my google account, but I can’t do the same with the app? I even entered my google login and it doesn’t work.

App requires constant login on phone. Deleting for this reason

The games don't work at all sometimes the app logs you out or refreshes and doesn't save the cards you make, otherwise the cards are good and easy to make.

None of the games work on iphone/mac/ipad or even the internet. I have tried google and safari. Nothing

I have over 200 flash cards and randomly they double over 400 and now I need to spend hours going through them just to get rid of the ones that doubled 🙁

Cram is everything Quizlet wishes it was. I’ve never been bothered to watch ads or pay for a ridiculous subscription model, all for (almost) the same utilities as Quizlet. The only thing between Cram and the perfect flash card app is the ability to add photos. Everything else is incredibly simple and easy to use.

It is literally just a digital set of flashcards that you can write on and turn over. Perfect for what i needed as it allows me to write flashcards on my computer and sync them to my iphone and android tablet. It also works offline so i can practice in my favorite park where there is no cell service.

If you love wasting your time making important Flashcards only to find they are all gone…then get this app. I spent hours make language cards only to find almost all cards gone except maybe four cards. I really like this app but what is the point if your cards simply disappear! HATE THIS APP!!

This app has a lot of potential to be the best but it feels like they last updated this in 2010. Too many bugs across iPhone and iPad.

No ads, just learning and a wonderful community

I love the fact that this is free and syncs with my computer and between devices. Hands down best flashcards app I’ve used. I do wish that you could do the tests like on the web version, but it’s great as is too.

It is a great app it has no adds and u can make your flash cards very easily

Really fun app but the Stellar Speller game is obscured by ads rendering it obsolete. It is frustrating as it appears you can click the X to remove the ads but they won’t disappear and one is unable to play the game properly because the game board is stuck under the ads. This glitch needs to be fixed!

I used to LIVE on this app for high school. It’s gotten me A’s on tests I NEVER thought I’d pass. I’m now graduated from college and redownloaded it to back to use it again to help me learn things for work and it’s almost impossible to play the games with the ads now. They block off the bottom part of the game where it’s unreadable and can’t hit any buttons. Really disappointing :(

I don’t know why I have such bad luck with this app. It is my preferred app for learning flashcards, and I appreciate that it’s free, but it seems like every time I open the app either one of my sets has been deleted or I’ve been logged out only to discover I can’t log back in and have to create a new account.

I really like that you can take pictures for these flash cards, it makes studying anatomy super helpful. This app started glitching after I made a few sets. Half of the pictures on my flash cards would be missing the next time I opened the app but I could still go into the “recently studied” section and the pictures would be there. Now when I’m in memorize mode any cards I got wrong it doesn’t have me go through them again, it just starts the deck over. With cram mode the cards I got wrong it says it’s adding some back to level 1 but then when I finish the round it just goes to round 3 instead of round 1 to practice the wrong cards. So it was working great at first and I loved it, now I’m just frustrated and worried all the time I spent making cards will be lost when my cards get deleted randomly.

I had a variety of notecard sets for MCAT preparation. One week before the exam, all my notecards sets disappeared and support said they could not retrieve them. This had happened to me during my biology semester as well, but at that time it was only one chapter that disappeared. I wish I had learned my lesson then and used a different app. I would not use this app if you are planning on using your own flash cards for a period of time.

Really useful and easy to use. Free and common source orientated

I was in love with this app when I first discovered it. However, for the past month, every set I make only seems to last for a few days and disappears. I’m extremely disappointed as I put in a lot of work to make those flash cards, get excited to study them, only to find that they’re nowhere to be found. I guess that’s what I get for expecting a lot from a free app. Would be 5 stars, but I can’t even study using this app anymore.

I love that this is free, and that I can add images BUT… I can’t for the life of me figure out how to synch between iPad and iPhone. I created two sets on iPad, they won’t show up on my phone (logged in to same account). I tried powering off/on both devices, didn’t help. What’s more: the “my flash cards” tab indicates I have no sets. One set does show up under the “recently studied” tab, the other set simply disappeared. I added both to “favorites” but they don’t show up there either. Also, the “share” option is unresponsive. Even when I search the name of the set I just created, they are nowhere to be found. If I learn how to fix these issues I will change my review to more stars. Currently though it’s hit or miss, and not being able to share with classmates or find my cards on my other devices makes this unusable for me.

I spent a few days to create a set of 194 questions and when I went to add more questions, the set disappeared. I logged into the app and the website. I reached out to tech support and I’m waiting for a response. Hopefully it’s a bug that can be fixed but it’s really annoying.

Love this so helpful like quizlet

It worked fine on android but since I put it on iphone it bugs out. deletes cards and doesn’t go back to cards I got wrong.

I have been using this app for many years now. I have passed many exams with the help of this app and literally I owe the developers. Creating personal flashcards may seem a bit time consuming at first, but when the harvest time comes, you would know their worth, especially when you come back to them after a few months.

I used to love this app, but now when I get cards wrong, it doesn’t give me a round to only do the cards that I got wrong. I can’t study like that.

Learning Italian and Arabic and this app makes it really easy & fun to memorize words fast !

I am so frustrated with this app. I just made over 100 cards for me to try to add to the deck and refresh( after saving) and the whole deck is gone. Now I’m going to have to start over with a different app. Would not recommend. Should have zero stars for wasting my time.

Used this app for over 6 years. Used to be able to sync notecards over the websites and several devices but not it appears that feature no longer available.

i love cram soooo much! this website has saved my butt in school ever since i found it! i suggest it to everyone, i often make flash cards and share them with my friends in class. the only thing is that it’s a bit outdated. i would love if they updated their apps, maybe added some more of the study games, but also made a separate ipad app vs just having the iphone app. i still highly recommend though! and the fact that it’s free is so awesome!

I spent time add my abbreviations cards and next it was gone… all that time I spent inputting it for nothing

This was required to use for a class I was taking. As soon as I finished my flashcards, it wouldn’t let me share them to turn them in. Then when I tried to screen record the issue, my set just vanished! Totally deleted!

This app works really well if you are trying to study. It has all the right ideas but has many issues to fix. The app itself is user friendly but is very slow. They need to optimize the app to use photos from your album and keep them there. I use this app for classes like mammalogy and anatomy. I will add pictures and then come back the next day to continue studying and find pictures have gone missing. I hope they fix this bug. Also if I try to copy and paste from one card to the other, the app will crash and I have to open it again. I would often try to copy and paste because I would be studying the same species or structure at a different angle.

Absolutely useful and user friendly!

This app is wonderful for learning lines for plays and for that I love it. I do have two issues with it. I cannot edit cards on my iPhone. If there is a way to do it I have not found it. If I have to edit the cards on my Mac, I then have to delete the app from my iPhone, reinstall it, and only then will the cards be shown as edited on the iPhone. The two won’t sync.

Hey guys, what’s going on with your app. It is logging me out and doesn’t save my progress at all. Every time I have to start your amazing cram mode from scratch.

They don’t say anything about signing up for subscription. I just want to pay for 7 days. After the 7 days were over. They charge me for 1 month costing me $29.95. I didn’t know I had a subscription because it didn’t say anything about that and they won’t give me a refund.

Why do you have to login every time you open it!!!!

Absolutely awful app. I spent a long time making flashcard sets and the app deleted them. First it glitched and wouldn’t let me access them and then they were gone. Don’t know what I’m gonna do for my test tomorrow. DELETE

Very easy to use! I prefer to use this instead of writing out Flashcards now! Great features that comes along with app

Good app

I started my cram account on my web browser with my gmail sign in. I went to sign in on my iPad and iPhone to use the app and the app does not allow me to sign in using my gmail sign in. When I contacted Cram support they said they are unable to delete my account because they are “required to store my information for auditing purposes”. So now I can’t delete my account and start a new one with my email address since it’s linked to the account, but I can’t access my account in my phone or iPad basically making the account useless.

Made me cry. I spent hours making flash cards and their all gone. All my work is gone. I can’t even study. What a waste of my time? Uninstall it. Big waste of my time. I spent hours 6 freaking hours like ugh. I wish there was a better free site or app than this. Thats horrible thing that just happen. Ugh!!!!! I’m going to tell my teachers and others that I shared this app to to uninstall it. Its not worth it. Very frustrating! I’m very very upset. I know its free but what if you spent hours typing up something to loose it for something as simple as the screen blinking off. Made me sign in again and I lost everything. Wanted to access flash cards from my phone when away from my laptop, but the app doesn’t have Google sign in capabilities the way the web app does.

Usually I love this app. I use it to increase my vocabulary. Every year (about) it changes on me. All these words I’ve learned and deleted return, so each list about doubles in size.
